It is the treatment of the meat which is prepared in Churrasco style which imparts a unique flavour to the prime cuts choice beef and other meats. Churrasco style refers to the cooking process which uses a bed of hot coals to sear the meat – at the same time trapping the unique natural flavours which have made this restaurant so popular. The cuts are kept moist by the application of a water salt basting during the cooking process. In keeping with this traditional approach the Beef is not seasoned, allowing the richness of the meat to shine through in every bite. Poultry and lamb are marinated 24 hours before cooking.

The Cuts Brazilian experience is only heightened by the excitement of the serving process. The various meats are placed onto long skewers and cooked on the coals and then each skewer is brought to the table where guests can select the appropriate amount to enjoy. This process is then repeated until the diner has eaten his or her fill – truly an ‘all you can eat’ dining extravaganza.
